Website maintenance is provided to
guarantee that your website
information always remains fresh. This
maintenance includes but is not
limited to:

* updating a calendar of events,
special announcements, adding and
removing photos (restrictions apply)

Statement of Account Agreement
A statement of account agreement will be signed by the responsible party for account payments. It will include the charges for the
setup of the account and any recurrent fees for service.

Payments
Total pricing for website design varies with individual needs. All payments will be paid online to Kingdom Designs. Total
payment for services will be due at the initial setup of your site. Any additional requests made after initial setup will be added upon
completion of the site. You will receive invoices as a receipt of payment.

Late Payments
Late charges will be assessed after the 10th day of the due date. Once the account reaches a 30-day late status it will be
suspended. Accounts will be cancelled after 60 days. Your account will remain on file for 30 days after cancellation. If you
request for your account to be reinstated within those 30 days, a reactivation fee will apply.

Late Charges
A late charge of $5.00 per week will be assessed after the 10th day of the due date. In the event that your account is suspended, a
Restoral Fee of $20.00 will be due.

Refunds for Setup/Design
Refunds for the design of your website must be requested within the first 30 days of setup. Refunds for websites will be prorated by
how many days are in the month. You will not be refunded for days that you have already had service.

Cancellation
A 30-day written notice will be required to cancel your website. Your domain name can be cancelled after 90 days. Upon date of
cancellation, you will have 7 days to restore your account at no charge.

***The above services may be cancelled by Kingdom Designs if the signed party does not comply with all or any of the payment
agreements listed on the statement of account.

Basic requirements for a website setup:

* $38.85 ($12.95/month) set up fee for domain name (covers the 1st three months))
* $100.00 per page requested to be created
* copy of signed Statement of Account Agreement upon start of website

Website Pricing:
* one-time charge of $100.00 per page being created
* recurring monthly charge of $12.95 for the domain name
* recurring monthly maintenance fee of $40.00 for website

**example: You are looking for a website with 5 pages. Your total start up cost will be:

$500.00 (5 pages x $100.00)
$40.00 monthly maintenance fee (starts the 2nd month)
$12.95domain name registration (must be renewed every 12 months)
Total cost= $552.95 for the 1st month & $52.95 per month beginning the 2nd month
