Bishop Darryl Shaw is a dynamic and energetic ambassador of the gospel of Jesus Christ. His ability to
deliver the word of God with an in-depth biblical knowledge coupled with his extensive business and
personal background makes every message an inspiring learning experience. Bishop Shaw, ministering
under the Holy Spirit, powerfully unlocks the keys to Kingdom living.

Bishop Shaw acknowledged his calling into the ministry in 1978 and became an ordained Elder in
1983. He served as District Elder to the Texas Diocese of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ Apostolic
Faith for 15 years. He was consecrated to the office of the Bishop May 2002 and now serves as the
Bishop of the Rivers of Living Waters Ministries Inc. The Presiding Bishop of Covenant Relationship
Ministries and oversees the Foreign Mission.

In December 1986 God placed him as Pastor of the Rivers of Living Waters Church in Killeen, Texas.
His vision from God is for spiritual development, and prosperity, and his ministries are geared toward
providing for the spiritual and natural needs of the total person. He is a graduate from Central Texas
College, University of Texas and the Life Christian University. Bishop has acquired a Master of Art
Degree from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology.
Pastor Shaw had completed Clinical Pastoral Education from the Ecumenical Center for Religion and
Health. He has also furthered his education through Wheaten Bible College. He is also a Certified
Faith Based Counselor.

Pastor Shaw, under the auspice of his personal teaching ministry, is often requested to conduct
Personal Develop Seminars at churches, district and diocese conventions. He also travels nation wide
preaching revivals for all denominations.
